Yes, each of our van reservations include unlimited mileage for your trip.

Pick-up and drop-off times are reserved during booking. If a reservation change is necessary, we will do our best to accommodate. Please notify us of all necessary changes within 24 hours of your initial booking. 

We recommend booking all campsites as far in advance as possible to ensure you’ll have a spot. If you’re winging it, always make sure you’re parked in a legal and safe place!

At this time, we do not allow one-way rentals. Vans must be dropped off at one of our four drop-off locations or within 60 miles of Delray Beach.

We require a minimum of 7 days' cancellation notice in order to qualify for a full refund.

Coastal Van Co offers multiple insurance options; all details are available at booking.

Yes! We allow furry friends to participate in all adventures.

All greywater can be discarded via a hose at a designated greywater dump station; these are typically available at campgrounds or truck stops. Detailed instructions will be provided in your Van Adventure Guide. 

Not currently, but we look forward to providing activity packages soon! 

Air conditioning is available in all our vans. Extra blankets will be provided during colder camping seasons!

Our vans are 2WD.

Our vans are designed for 2 passengers per vehicle. Family vans will be available soon!

All customers must be at least 21 years old to fulfill the rental requirements.

Your responsibility is to follow the Leave No Trace principle. This means campers are expected to leave all campgrounds in the same condition as they found them. We also ask that you be responsible with your Campervan rental. At Coastal, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality, carefully-curated vans. We ask that you please treat your rental van with care and respect as if it were your own.
